Introducing the 1924 Club: reading the year

NewImage

I am joining in this month with  the 1924 Club. The idea is to get everyone reading from a particular year – reading whatever you’d like to, so long as it was published in 1924. It’s being run by Simon at “Stuck In A Book” in conjunction with Karen of Kaggsy’s Bookish Ramblings. Two excellent book based blogs that I urge you to read and follow.

I have chosen the following books to read and review this month.

A Passage to India by E.M. Forster

The Constant Nymph by Margaret Kennedy

Something Childish by Katherine Mansfield

So two novels and a collection of short stories, in fact a collection published posthumously.

First up it’s A Passage to India, the only one I’ve actually read before.
