I’m originally from South Wales, and spent thirty years in Yorkshire working as a librarian. However the economic crisis intervened and I’m now happily redundant and retired in France. I have broad tastes in music and culture formed by my brother, Radio Luxembourg, Radio Allouis’s “Pop Club”, John Peel, my local library and the BBC in general. So this blog will be mainly about music I like, books I’ve read, films, TV, tech and any other stuff I feel like sharing.
